On July 23, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the commissioning of a PVC solid roof sheet co-extrusion line.

The PVC roofing production line is equipped with two high-performance conical twin-screw extruders with precision-manufactured moulds, ensuring stable and efficient operation, with ASA lamination film and embossing surface. During the trial run, all equipment on the production line operated smoothly, producing high-quality three-layer solid PVC roofing sheets with outstanding performance that fully meet market requirements.

The core equipment of this PVC sheet production line—the PVC sheet extruder—was independently developed by Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd., demonstrating our technical expertise in providing high-output, energy-efficient solutions.
